Bruce Taylor, CEO

As Chief Executive Officer, Bruce leads with an inexhaustible work ethic and a lifelong enthusiasm for well-designed spaces. Before helming L’arte della Cucina, Mr. Taylor was an original founder of Montecito Property Company (MPC) and Montecito Medical Investment Company (MMIC).

 

Paul Clements, COO

Mr. Clements joined L’arte della Cucina in late 2012, bringing nearly 20 years of experience to the table. In 1995, Paul founded a residential design firm specializing in high-end furniture, flooring, and cabinetry craftsmanship. He has a longstanding reputation for being meticulous from conceptualization to installation. Possessing two BBA’s from the University of North Florida – one in Corporate Finance, the other in Economics – Paul always has his eye on the bottom line when delivering quality to his clients.

Kristofor W. Nelson, General Counsel

Mr. Nelson serves as General Counsel to L'arte della Cucina. Mr. Nelson brings his business and legal experience to balance the many responsibilities of this unique company. Previously, Mr. Nelson practiced law at one of the world's largest multi-national law firms. Mr. Nelson graduated summa cum laude from the University Of Miami School Of Law and received his bachelor's degree from Knox College, majoring in Economics. Prior to law school, Mr. Nelson served several years as a Vice President for one of the largest banks in the United States in the commercial lending division with significant experience in commercial real estate.

Carlos R. Urtiaga, Chief Financial Officer

Joining L’arte with 34 years of accounting and finance experience, including 13 years in CFO roles with construction companies, Carlos brings a strong skillset to the team.  Having worked with Fortune 100 companies, including a role as the Eastern Region Controller for The Haagen Dazs Company, his detailed work ethic and positive attitude are a great addition to L’arte.  He is a graduate of the University of Florida and attended the University of South Florida. He is also an active CPA.

Damiano Saracino, Director of Sourcing

Born and raised in Italy, Damiano – who is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian – contributes years of domestic and international project management experience to L’arte della Cucina. Having formerly worked as a Purchase Manager, Vice President and Coordinator of Operations, Mr. Saracino is a proven motivator who is always hands-on and outcome-focused. Damiano has touched each part of the industry, and he possesses a unique understanding of its many intricacies, particularly cost estimation, design troubleshooting, and site management.  Mr. Sacarino’s background ensures that L’arte della Cucina is able to source the best product for the most competitive price.

Christina Gaudalt, Director of Estimating

Responsible for bid proposals to the final stages of design and manufacturing, Christina manages the department of estimating. She joined the L'arte team in 2012 as a Senior Designer and has experience in every facet of Italian design and project estimating. Pursuing a B.A of Architecture at Florida International University, her design and architecture education have taken her to Genoa, Italy to study Italian design. Her knowledge and attention to project detail give L’arte della Cucina the necessary edge to spearhead projects to completion.

Giancarlo Gerosa, Director of Design

Giancarlo joined L'arte della Cucina in 2014 as Director of Design. He holds a Bachelor in Architecture contributing with his Architectural skills and Project Managing experience and capabilities through the design stages of projects; achieving all parameters based on contract guidelines. He leads a group of designers that specialize in the ability to understand the client's values and goals and communicate it through L’arte’s innovative designs.

Lindsay Giovachino, Director of Logistics

Lindsay is currently the Director of Logistics for L’arte della Cucina. She holds a MBA in Management and Marketing from the University of Miami along with a B.A. in Liberal Studies from Florida International University. She has close to 10 years of experience working exclusively with high-end luxury products and markets coupled with a broad understanding of various industries ranging from sustainable mixed-use development to gourmet food and wine distribution.

Michelle Garber, Director of Sales

As a business development and commercial sales expert, Michelle brings six years of product-specific experience to L'arte della Cucina. Having worked with many of the industry's most respected developers, Ms. Garber specializes in building relationships and negotiating deals, and has cultivated extensive connections within every realm of the business. She has arranged many high-profile transactions, estimated to be worth more than $30 million. Having spent several years in the real estate industry, working with such coveted developers as a Marketing Executive for Related Group of Florida and Turnberry Residential.
